Galvo scanner for laser micromachining

Provider of high-performance motion control and positioning systems, Aerotech, has introduced the AGV-SPO, a new high-performance Galvo Scanner. It offers a larger field of view than conventional 2D scanners, reduces laser spot distortion, and is flexible enough to accommodate a wide range of laser wavelengths thanks to a large variety of mirror surfaces.

Multi-axis robotic controller designed for hexapods systems

Piezo nanopositioner with high-dynamics and resolution

The piezo nanopositioning stage of Aerotech’s QFOCUS QF-46 series enables microscope objective and optics positioning at high-speeds with nanometre-level performance. It is available in closed-loop travels of 100 and 250μm, and open-loop travels of 120 and 300μm. The QF-46 is designed with next gen optical instruments and laser machines in mind.
