KLASTECH Laser Technologies GmbH is pleased to announce the launch of the next generation of DPSS and DDD lasers. During the last 12 months KLASTECH engineers have embarked on a radical re-development of this popular series of CW lasers to ensure that they are truly OEM ready. This program has seen major design changes to the laser heads thereby further improving their already outstanding efficiency and ensuring that they exhibit extreme longevity in high usage environments. This work has also resulted in lasers that achieve <1% power stability over 24 hours.
Coupled with this has been the development of unique state of the art electronics to compliment the famous iMAT® laser technology. These electronics provide the customer with remote monitoring and control features and come equipped with a GUI that allows customers to operate and monitor the laser performance during its lifetime. Uniquely these electronics are future proofed to allow for ongoing software and firmware upgrades and can be customised to allow integration to a customer’s own control interface.

Whilst the controllers come equipped with USB connections as standard, KLASTECH recognises that industrial customers often prefer to use other more robust communication buses. The KLASTECH lasers can be pre-programmed in the factory to work with most industrially standard communication buses so there are no longer any barriers to integrating these lasers to modern industrial production environments.

To compliment the 1064nm and 532nm units, KLASTECH has also introduced the world’s only true 442nm He-Cd replacement laser together with a 100mW 488nm unit, completing a range of truly OEM ready lasers. These new lasers represent a step change in performance providing for stable, quiet, efficient, diffraction limited and inherently single frequency laser light: Delivering the NEXT Generation of DPSS lasers.
