Following the launch of the PLM-40 series, MEAN WELL have introduced a 2W/25W LED power supply with PFC function to fulfill the lower wattage requirement of the LED lighting market. The PLM-12/25 series features a 110 - 295VAC input range and constant current design, with both series featuring 4 kinds of constant current outputs from 350 - 1050mA for selection.

With single stage PFC circuit design, PLM-12/25 series are the cost effective power solutions to reach high PF value (PF>0.9). They also comply with harmonic current limitation per EN61000-3-2 Class C and fulfill the general lighting requirements. Full series features no load power consumption <0.5W and set up time < 500ms, which comply with the ErP regulation required by European Union for lighting fixtures.

PLM-12/25 series possess up to 87% of high efficiency, so that they can work between -30~+45 ℃ or +50℃ by only free air convection, which fit for the high temperature working environment in closed lighting systems. Enclosed by UL 94V-0 rated plastic case and Class II double isolation AC input design (without FG), these units can effectively prevent users from electrical shock. The I/O terminals are designed with screw-less clamp style terminal block, which allows users a more convenient wiring installation.

In addition, full series is built-in short circuit protection function and comply with global lighting certificates per ENEC EN61347-2-13, EN62384, UL8750, CB, and CE, which can greatly guarantee your operation safety. Suitable applications include all kinds of indoor LED lighting, office lighting, commercial lighting, and indoor LED decorative lighting…etc.
