With its next-gen LRS enclosed-type power supply units (35 to 350W) without PFC, MeanWell is reacting to the increased market demand for energy-efficient, miniaturised models for system installation. Effective immediately, Schukat now offers MeanWell's LRS-35, LRS-50, LRS-75, LRS-100 and LRS-150 models. These power supplies suit a wide range of applications, extending beyond the industrial area into use in household appliances.

With the CLS40 and CLS80 LED switching power supplies from Harvard, Schukat now offers its customers a particularly elegant solution for very narrow light fittings. At just 30mm wide and with a low installation height of just 21mm, the CLS-series LED power supplies are suitable for use inside aluminium profiles and for the retrofitting of fluorescent lamps for LED technology.

As the sole distributor, Schukat now exclusively offers EMC-shielded electronics enclosures from Streitbürger Gehäusetechnik UG (STB-GH-TEC). With their patented EMC-shielding - unique to the market - the German producer achieves maximum shielding of 99.999999% up to 105db - to date, the highest known shielding value.

Schukat has further expanded its quartz crystal range, adding the IC11 range from Red Frequency in the popular 24, 26, 40 and 50MHz frequencies. By employing only selected raw materials, Red Frequency ensures high quality, very good electrical parameters and long-term, stable functionality within the specifications. At the same time, the IC11 series represents particularly good value for money.

MeanWell is responding to the demands for higher power in switching power supplies for LED lighting with its NPF-120, NPF-120D and PWM-120 series. These models meet the requirements of the Ecodesign Directive in terms of set up time (under 500ms) and no-load power consumption ((PWM-120 less than 0.5W / NPF-120 less than 0.15W).

Schukat has expanded its range of SMT clock crystals, announcing the availability of the IC6, IC8 and IC9 series from Red Frequency. All three series operate at the typical, most-used frequency of 32.768kHz, and offer excellent value in terms of frequency and aging stability.
