LED track lights target museums & galleries

Two lines of LED track lights for accent lighting in retail, museum and gallery venues have been introduced by Verbatim. The non-dimmable product line, consisting of four different variants, is designed for customers seeking easy track light installation and operation at low cost. The dimmable line features six products which deliver greater lumen output, efficacy and lifetime alongside enhanced luminaire housing design features.

Dichroic-effect LED lamps designed to replace halogen lamps

Designed as cost-effective replacements for dichroic halogen lamps, dichroic-effect LED lamps have been released by Verbatim. Using technology developed by parent company Mitsubishi Chemical, Verbatim has provided an energy-efficient alternative to the MR16 and PAR16 halogen lamps popularly used for track lighting, pendant fixtures and retail display lighting.

660 lumen LED lamps outshine competition

Verbatim has used technology developed by its parent company Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation (MCC), in a new range of high performance LED lamps that achieve increased heat dissipation through advanced thermal cooling using a sophisticated heatsink design. The professional range of PAR16 LED retrofit lamps with a GU10 base deliver up to 660 lumen output – almost twice as bright as a standard 50W halogen spot lamp.

LED lamp is awarded Which? Best Buy

Which? has awarded Verbatim's 9.5W Classic A LED lamp as a Best Buy in its 2014 Lightbulb test. Brightness, light quality, energy efficiency, durability and power factor were assessed in the test, which included compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs), halogens and LED lamps widely available to British customers.

Verbatim Doubles Consumer LED Lighting Product Range To Meet Growing Demand

Verbatim has doubled the range and increased the availability of its high-performance LED lamps for consumers in Europe. Product choice has been extended to 33 LED lamps with the addition of eight Classic A lamps, three PAR 16 spotlights, three MR16 spotlights and three smaller bi-pin lamps.

Verbatim launches world’s first commercially available, colour tunable OLED lighting

Verbatim has launched the world's first commercially available, colour tunable organic LED (OLED) lighting panels at the Fuori Salone show in Milan. The OLEDs are based on unique materials technology developed by Verbatim's parent company, Mitsubishi Chemical Holding Group. Full-scale production of OLED panels will start from July.
