Laser diodes provide high brightness
For applications in fibre laser technology, telecommunications and spectroscopy, 1064nm single mode diodes supplied by LASER COMPONENTS provide a high brightness, high quality and high reliability solution! These laser diodes are available with output powers of either 200 or 300mW from a single emitter chip and exhibit typical linewidths of 0.5nm (FWHM). Single mode chips are also available at wavelengths from 785nm to 1064nm.
The trademark design associated with these chips make them some of the most reliable in the industry with unmeasurable degradation - ideal for long-term OEM components into larger subsystems.
Packaging options include a 9mm TO can or C2 2.1mm chip on sub-mount package. Other packaging options are available upon request.
