To compliment the STRAIGHTliner range of laser alignment systems, LASER COMPONENTS has introduced the newest sibling in the family; the STRAIGHTliner FAR long-range laser alignment system. The STRAIGHTliner FAR has been designed to assist with the alignment of components and machinery over distances beyond the 10m barrier where most alignment systems stop.

Using a large, ø80mm detector, and a laser which can be focused to a 15mm spot at a distance of 200m, the STRAIGHTliner FAR can be used to align larger structures such as machines, rails, cranes, and lifts.

The detector is equipped with a Bluetooth link which interfaces with your Windows-based PC through an easy to use live graphical interface, displaying both the XY position on a chart and graph. This software package also provides data logging capabilities for record-keeping purposes.

Both the laser and detector are fully mobile thanks to their individual rechargeable batteries, meaning a completely wireless setup is possible.
