The RACV30 is the first of a new series of constant voltage LED drivers, ideal for powering LED strips and LED modules in applications such as cove lighting, signage, back lighting, channel letters, displays or under cabinet lighting. The input voltage range of 90 to 264VAC assures full functionality worldwide. The new drivers provide up to 30 watts and are available with outputs of 12VDC or 24VDC. The output voltages are closely regulated to compensate for varying loads or supply changes (2% max.)

RACV30 drivers have active PFC and fully comply with EN61000-3-2 Class C certification. With their integrated constant current source they are able to supply several LED chains in parallel. An additional application is the combination with a DC constant current driver, such as RECOM´s RCD24.

These new constant voltage modules measure only 160 x 55 x 22mm and are therefore smaller than comparable competitive products. As is usual at RECOM, the drivers feature a terminal block and 5.5mm jack fittings on the input and output for easy and reliable fitting.

Only high grade components and materials are used in the manufacture of these new drivers. An integrated over load and thermal protection offer additional safety, enabling a 5 year warranty for these LED drivers. Due to their very compact design they are ideal for applications and installations where space is at a premium.
