SMD LEDs feature a moisture sensitivity level of 1
A series of SMD LEDs, offered with a wide range of colour options including three shades of white (cool, neutral and warm), and red, green and yellow, has been introduced by Kingbright. The KTDS-3536 series provides an electrically neutral thermal and features a moisture sensitivity level of 1, eliminating the potential for damage during reflow.
For industrial and surveillance applications, the LEDs are available in UV and infrared versions. The KTDS-3536 SMD LEDs, which provide optimal reliability and light extraction efficiency, are offered in a 3.24x3.45mm moulded silicone lens package size.
