10,000lm outdoor floodlight provides 111lm/W

GlacialLight has announced a flood light model, the GL-FL100. With an IP66 rating suitable for outdoor operation, the GL-FL100 features a powerful 10,000lm CoB LED housed in a light and corrosion resistant aluminum body. By using smart thermal design including evaporative heat pipe technology, the GL-FL100 achieves 111lm/W efficiency.

A 70° beam angle, sturdy adjustable mounting bracket, and -40 to +50°C operation makes the GL-FL100 suitable for a variety of outdoor flood lighting applications.

The GL-FL100 uses only 96W to output over 10,000lm of LED light. Using the latest proprietary heat pipe and heatsink technology to efficiently cool the CoB LED, the flood light is lighter than ever at only 4kg yet generates extremely high brightness for its weight and power usage.

The GL-FL100 is 100% ready for the outdoors with an IP66 rated lighting assembly, an IP67 rated internal LED driver, and an IP68 rated waterproof power connector. The flood light mounting bracket is made of sturdy and corrosion-resistant stainless steel and the light is rated to operate from a wide temperature range from -40 to +50°C.

The GL-FL100 features GlacialLight’s trademark versatility with a mounting bracket that has 8 steps of adjustment to rotate 180° along the vertical axis. The stepped adjustment design makes it easy to change the angle of the light yet will stay in place even if bumped. The flood light can be mounted on ground surfaces as security or architectural lighting. Its powerful 10,000lm performance means it also functions great as stadium or street lighting. Colour temperatures from 3000K, 4000K and 5000K are available.
