With the release of the FD025664 green monochrome OLED module designers can now benefit from a high resolution, 256x64 dots, high contrast wide viewing angle display that will fit all forms of ''slim-line'' equipment designs. The ultra-wide letterbox profile of the new OLED module packs an active area of 136.00mm x 34.00mm into an overall size of 146.00mm x 45.00mm x 2.00mm thus ensuring ideal packaging into rack mounted industrial equipment and desk or table mounted commercial designs.
Naturally this new OLED display has all the usual OLED features of: high contrast (2000:1), wide viewing angle (160 degrees) and a brightness of 120 cd/m2.

The OLED is simple to interface via the Zif connector and by incorporating the popular SSD1332 controller/driver chip will connect to 8 bit 6800/8080 series microprocessors or other designs using the 3/4 wire SPI interface.

The OLED as standard is available in green providing a very easy to read display suitable for DAB radios and a variety of white and brown goods applications. GPEG can change the display colour to yellow or white for high volume applications.
